Terms & Conditions for Parjo’s Pitara

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) define the operating framework under which Parjo’s Pitara provides travel-related products and services to users (“Client”, “User”, “Traveler”, or “You”). By accessing our website, communicating through our customer channels, or booking any travel service through Parjo’s Pitara, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Applicability of Agreement

This Agreement applies to all Users who:

  • Purchase, inquire, or seek information regarding travel packages, transport bookings, hotels, insurance, visas, activities, tours, or allied services provided by Parjo’s Pitara.

  • Access any customer interface operated by Parjo’s Pitara, including the website, sales offices, WhatsApp responses, marketing campaigns, call assistance, or trip coordinators.

Each party (User and Parjo’s Pitara) is individually termed a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.

2. User’s Cognizance and Acceptance

By booking or availing any service, the User is deemed to have:

  • Read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions without modification.

  • Bound themselves to the rights, responsibilities, and limitations under this Agreement and any service-specific Terms (e.g., airline booking terms, hotel T&Cs, visa rules).

  • Accepted that Parjo’s Pitara may modify these Terms at its discretion, without prior notice.

If a User disagrees with any clause, they must not use or continue using our services.

3. Third-Party Account Information

When using Parjo’s Pitara’s booking channels requiring login or payment:

  • The User authorizes Parjo’s Pitara to retrieve necessary payment information from banks, gateways, or third-party payment processors.

  • The User is solely responsible for safeguarding passwords, account details, and data misuse arising from negligence.

  • Parjo’s Pitara is not liable for unauthorized account access due to User default.

4. Confidentiality

All confidential information shared by Parjo’s Pitara (including commercial agreements, pricing contracts with suppliers, commissions, and vendor relationships) shall not be requested, disclosed, or reproduced. Such information remains proprietary to Parjo’s Pitara.

5. Website Usage

  • Information available on the website is for general travel assistance. Usage is entirely at the User’s discretion.

  • Users are prohibited from duplicating, modifying, selling, or redistributing content, software, visuals, or service information from Parjo’s Pitara platforms.

  • Parjo’s Pitara may alter or delete website content without prior notice.

6. User Responsibilities

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate personal, travel, and payment details.

  • Cross-verify details received in vouchers, invoices, tickets, and itineraries.

  • Adhere to service provider rules (airline fare rules, hotel policies, tour schedules, etc.).

  • Comply with immigration regulations, travel laws, and safety norms.

Parjo’s Pitara is not responsible for losses arising from User negligence, incorrect information, or legal restrictions.

7. Insurance

Unless explicitly included, it is the User’s responsibility to procure travel insurance.

  • Insurance claims must be raised directly with the provider.

  • Parjo’s Pitara is not liable for partial or rejected claims from insurers.

8. Force Majeure

Parjo’s Pitara is not liable for service disruption caused by uncontrollable circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, riots, terrorist activity, bankruptcy of supplier, operational failure, airline cancellations, or government restrictions.

In such events:

  • Parjo’s Pitara will attempt to provide alternatives or refund only if supported by the supplier, minus applicable administrative fees.

  • Liability is strictly limited to the booking amount received by Parjo’s Pitara after deductions.

9. Safety of Data Downloaded

All data downloaded from our platforms is at the User’s risk. Parjo’s Pitara strives to ensure virus-free content but does not guarantee it.

10. Proprietary Rights

All content shared on Parjo’s Pitara platforms (photos, tours, videos, itineraries, marketing creatives) are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Users shall not reproduce, resell, or distribute any such material.

11. Visa Obligations of the User

Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate.

  • Parjo’s Pitara acts only as a facilitator for documentation support.

  • Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Travel bookings abandoned due to visa rejection are non-refundable per supplier rules.

12. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify Parjo’s Pitara against all losses, claims, legal expenses, or damages arising due to:

  • Misuse of services

  • False information

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights

  • Breach of this Agreement

13. Right to Refuse Services

Parjo’s Pitara reserves the right to:

  • Reject bookings

  • Suspend or terminate User access

  • Cancel reservations suspected of fraud or misrepresentation

No justification or explanation is required for refusal under suspicious cases.

14. Right to Cancel Based on Invalid Information

If incorrect, fraudulent, or misleading information is provided:

  • Parjo’s Pitara may cancel bookings without notice.

  • No compensation will be provided.

  • The User indemnifies Parjo’s Pitara against related losses.

15. Severability

If any term is held invalid under applicable law, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.

16. No Partnership

Use of services does not create a partnership or agent relationship between the User and Parjo’s Pitara.

17. Modification of Terms

Parjo’s Pitara reserves the right to revise this Agreement without prior notification. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing updates.

18. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of [City & State Court – to be updated], India.

19. User Responsibility Towards Services

Parjo’s Pitara acts as a travel facilitator. All service quality (flights, hotels, cabs, activities) is governed by the respective service provider. No warranties of suitability or performance are expressed or implied.

20. Health & Medical Fitness

By booking a trip with Parjo’s Pitara:

  • The User declares that they are physically and medically fit.

  • Any medical expense, delay, cancellation, or extended stay due to illness is borne solely by the traveler.
